Problem solved! It has something to do with Windows 10 theme settings. I disabled Classic Explorer and the problem persisted. i changed the theme to one of the built-in Windows 10 themes and the navigation pane suddenly became resizable. Changed back to the previous theme and the problem reappeared....

No, it does not. If I hover over one of the columns in the file pane, it does, so I know what to look for. It does not change when I hover over any point on the vertical scroll bar, right or left side.

It's not there. I have used it many times in the past and know what to look for. It's been gone since upgrading to Windows 10 and the Classic Explorer Shell.

I have been unable to change the width of the navigation pane in classic explorer under Windows 10. There is no drag bar.
