I can make it correct if I change the Display settings back to 100% instead of the 125% I was previously using. But I have been using the +125

How are you opening the menu? With the mouse or the keyboard? Was the Windows menu opened at the time? Do you have the taskbar as auto-hide? Mouse, and it worked fine until the latest Windows Update I don't understand Question 2 (are you referring to the standard 10 start menu) if yes than no it wa...

Windows 10 Build 14257.rs1 160131-1800 This is hard to describe so I attached a screen shot. It appears as if the menu is starting well below the taskbar. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change I believe it happened when Windows 10 updated this week. John http://www.wyman.org/StartMenu.jpg
