Eraser is just one example Nuance gives. Before citing Eraser the article states:

"There is a conflict between PaperPort and a third party application's add-in that has modified the Windows Context Menu"

Hello Ivo, Hope all is well. There is an issue with PaperPort 14 when you pass your mouse over the Windows Context Menu when in scanning mode.
