Whenever I'm in a program and want File/Open, my cursor goes to the bottom of Quick Access in Win 10 when I would like it to start at the top where all my favorites are. When using File/Save As, the cursor tends to land in the middle of Quick Access. Is there a setting somewhere to direct the cursor...
