| The Glass CMD problem was a small applet designed for Vista that simply makes the background of a Command Prompt be glass instead of a solid opaque color. And I did try switching to a default Windows theme and moving the taskbar with no luck. I'll update this once I disable Glass CMD and restart. Ed... |

| Oh crap... I completely missed that part... I read "new program highlight" but I guess it didn't register. Does that bug affect the inside menu or the cascading all programs menu? Or both? I use cascading and I don't think it ever clashed. |
