I am running IE 11 on Windows 8.1. I like to have my Internet Explorer on the right side of the screen leaving the icons visible on the left. But about 1 in 3 times of restarting IE starts up on the left side. It also sometimes says Internet Explorer was not properly shutdown and do I want to restor...
