Bug Reports Topic: Must "repair" Classic Shell everytime I start computer.

I can manually go into C:Program files, etc. but that doesn't solve the problem of it automatically appearing when the computer starts. My question is: once installed, should CS automatically appear in windows 10 or not? If so, why doesn't it on my computer?

I have a Toshiba laptop originally with 8 now upgraded to 10. I have used Classic Shell on 8 and 8.1 with no problems. However, with 10, everytime I start my computer, I have to "repair" classic shell in order for it to appear. I uninstalled Classic Shell and reinstalled to no avail. Any h...
