This happens for me too when playing full screen video games. I can't say it happens with movies cuz I haven't watched any. This is an issue I periodically noticed on Windows 8 Pro x64, Windows 8.1 Pro x64, and now is common on Windows 10 Pro x64. Currently using ClassicShell 4.2.4. Happens on both ...
