Clearing the jump list seems to have resolved the problem, at least for now.

Hi All I'm having a strange issue. I've got Classic Shell 4.2.4 installed on Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 servers, server OS is 2012 R2. On a few of the servers the users experience an odd delay when they click on the start menu icon. Classic Shell freezes for about 40-45 seconds and then it opens fine. As...
