you were right Thanks!! it was some bugged theme I´ve installed that changed explorer settings ...

I think there must be something broken with the registry because even with the windows 10 default theme I don´t see the up arrow

Hello I am having a problem with the up arrow to go to the subfolder. I ve reinstalled windows because I had disk error, now the setting is gone , I remember it used to work.
