Ok, I'm sorry,all informations above are in HKCU. In HKLM, there is the registry key Documents Hide . I removed the key and this time everything is back to normal. Thank you very much.

All registry keys are pushed by GPO, I must restart my session after a gpupdate /force in order to the settings take effect.

Hello GauravK and thank you for your answer. Indeed, I pushed a GPO that impacts this registry key. I removed it, everything is normal now.

Hello, In the Special Items tab, I would like to modify the Recent Documents options but this is grey and I can't change anything. (look on print screen) Is it possible to be linked to a GPO? Thanks.
