Hi, Yes, sorry you are right. I had 4.2.1 installed on my PC which I had installed on updating to Windows 10 a fortnight ago on the 29th July. I just noticed 4.2.4 was released on Sunday just gone fixing this. Have installed it and the settings option is there as "PC Settings" in the list.

I cannot seem to locate this inside the classic shell. So its either a serious omission or I am just missing something obvious. but on Windows 10 almost everything is done inside the settings option - windows update checks most importantly. But I cannot find a settings option on my start menu after ...
