Looks like the size of the system icons have changed. Classic Shell does not affect that. Did you change the DPI? No, haven't changed anything... except the update to Classic Start Menu last week. A quick change of resolution changes it to the correct size, which I'm guessing just resets the Deskto...

My Classic Shell Start Menu updated last week and I've had a bug with the icons in my quick launch menu.
