I can't get mine to work. I had the earlier edition and when I did the ann update it no longer worked. I tried to uninstall it and re-install it. It would start and then say it is already there. I get the "it was already installed" and wouldn't go any further. I've tried going back to the ...

SUCCESS!!! I went to the regedit and started with the 1st line and searched 1st for classic, then line 2 then through the whole registry. Then I started at line 1 again and searched for classicstart and deleted all files and sub-files. re-ran regscan in Norton and repaired the items listed. rebooted...

I have ran Norton 16 registry scan, it shows as all errors fixed. I have ran sfc/scannow and shows no errors...

I have ran every install you have, and uninstall in the "uninstall programs and applications" and they ALL give me "the same account already exists" and WON'T then stops without doing ANYTHING. Do you have an uninstall program that I can use outside of the one in control panel? T...

It just comes up in a dialogue box. I have uploaded the clipboard file. I have since gone into regedit and deleted the classic bar items too. I just tried the uninstaller again and the specified account already exists, still pops up. I wish you had a "remove" option like they have with Nor...
