I checked the fosshub.com mirror, just to be sure. That also shows 4.2.1 as the most recent version.

According to the All Downloads page, the current version is 4.2.1 (which is the version I have). ...

I am using Classic Shell 4.2.1.

I do not see an option for "PC Settings". Not in the Customize Start Menu tab, nor in the list of commands that may be added to that list.

Am I looking in the wrong place?
