OK - I installed the update. Now whe I click on the button the whole menu blinks open, screen flashes and the menu closes? Thoughts?

I'm running 4.2.1. Where do I get 4.2.3? I didn't see it on the downloads page.

When I press this in the Classic Menu nothing happens. Is there a setting that needs to be enables?
