I was able to resolve this error. For anyone else that might have this issue. What I had to do was go into the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes|Installer\Products and rename the file that was associated with Classic Shell. I tried Uninstalling Classic Shell after I updated to Windows 10. It seemed to work until it finished restarting and all I got was a black screen with my mouse cursor.
