That's standard Windows menu behavior (and Classic Shell follows this). If hidden files were shown, people that depend on this feature to hide files inside the menu won't be happy. Also, desktop.ini and thumbs.db will also show inside the menu. I am a Windows enthusiast and did Classic Shell's ...

I have this problem too on Windows 7 x64 but I don't have a backup image to reinstall. I've tried everything suggested in this thread to no avail. Any ideas?
