I installed Beta 3.9.0 over 3.6.8 and manually closed several tasks to proceed. Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer and 2013 Outlook. The Beta 3.9.0 installer tried to initiate a "close" for DVRMSTOOLBOX (framework add-on service for Windows Media Center) resulting in an endless/fruitless ...
